Frequently Asked Questions

The price changes as we get closer to the conference date. Here is the breakdown:

Early Bird 1: $109
Early Bird 2: $120
Spring: $140
Reg. Rate: $160
Group Rates: Available for 5 or more for $99 pp 

It’s best to jump on that early bird pricing as soon as possible!

Please note that the price is the same for all ages.

This year, we are proud to announce, for the first time ever, the USA Tour! The pricing for that will be available on their perspective pages.

While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate children.

Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend or serve at Flavor Fest 2023

A boxed lunch will be Friday & Saturday.

Due to a wide range of food allergies and dietary restrictions, we are unable to accommodate special requests regarding lunch.

All attendees are responsible for securing their own lodging.

We are unable to assist in finding alternate lodging options outside of the listed hotels within our “Lodging” Link.

Tickets purchased for Flavor Fest 2023 are non-refundable, however, they are transferrable to another individual at any time.

You will need to give them your emailed ticket/Confirmation in order to successfully let them check-in.

All seating is general admission, so this will not prevent your group from finding seats together.

The main ticket includes the cost of participating in all Main Sessions & Workshops + Concert Nights. Lunch is also provided Friday & Saturday as well. Your conference ticket also includes an official Flavor Fest T-Shirt & swag bag!

We offer single day conference tickets as well as Concert only tickets.

We also have a virtual option which includes All main sessions as well as workshops held in the Auditorium.

We do not allow cameras (DSLR or with a detachable lens), flash photography, or video or audio recordings during Main Sessions, as we desire that everyone be free from distraction to experience Flavor Fest.

We have a content creation team that takes care of all of that. Due to security reasons as well, you will be asked to return to your seat.

Yes! Parking is available, first come, first serve! Check out our campus map for more info.

We appreciate your interest; however, we do not offer exhibitor space at our gatherings.

We do not offer a payment plan.

However, a useful option for you might be a third-party app called Klarna that allows you to enter your card information up front and will bill you every two weeks until the amount is paid in full. For more information about this service, check out https://www.klarna.com/us/pay-in-4/

Deadline to submit your music for a chance to perform is March 15, 2023. You will need to purchase an Artist Ticket in order to be considered.
